Course Discription
The aim of the undergraduate Nursing program at the Post Basic level is to upgrade the diploma (G.N.M.) to prepare a competent nurse to provide care in all aspects as a teacher, supervisor & manager in a clinical/public health setting.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO POST BASIC B.Sc. NURSING COURSE
1. Academic Qualification
Candidate seeking admission to Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing (Post Basic) must have passed the Intermediate of 10+2 or an equivalent examination recognized by Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Science and Ayush University of Chhattisgarh-Raipur, Faridkot.
2. Professional Qualification :
Obtained a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and registered as RNRM with the State Nurses Registration Council. A nurse, trained before the implementation of new integrated course besides being registered as a nurse with State Nurse Registration Council, shall produce evidence of having been trained in any one of the following requisite training approved by Indian Nursing Council for a similar duration in lieu of Midwifery.
Provided she/he produces a :
(i)Certificate of good moral character issued by the Principal of the college /school last attended.
(ii)Medical fitness certificate
3. Procedure of Selection
Admission to the Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing (Post Basic) will be made on the basis of merit of the candidate appearing in entrance test,Students Must Enrolled to http://cgvyapam.choice.gov.in.
